I like the weather in SZ, maybe when I travel I want to visit some cold places / however when I go on a trip I prefer to go to a colder place.

we can have fun when it snows, but for living I prefer SZ which is warm and we can wear less. / I prefer SZ it is more convenient and we don’t have to wear a coat.

Most I domestic travel (v). -> I mostly travel domestically / I usually go on domestic trips  
There are many places such as BJ the capital. There are many places we can see from our book when we are students because they are very famous. / We know a lot famous of places in BJ because they are in our student books

When we study the History there are a lot of buildings in BJ so I think before we go to BJ we are curious about these places which are cultural / When we study history we learn about a lot of cultural buildings in BJ and it makes us curious about the city.

When we go there there are a lot of people, we all have our public vacation at the same time so there are a lot of visitors. / it is very crowded
Maybe it’s better in winter.
In SZ it doesn’t snow.I like it because most of the time I communicate with my colleagues by emails or teams so it is a good chance to communicate with them face by face. -> face to face  / most of the time I communicate with them online so it is a good chance to meet offline If there is a project we can get together.

I think both are fine for me because working from home will save time to traveling to office everyday but working in the office we have more communication with our colleagues. So maybe in our company we can work from home 2 days a week. -> I think both are fine for me , when you work from home you save the commute time / you don’t have to commute but working in the office we can communicate with our colleagues directly.

I think it is ok.
during Covid 19 we were working from home for about 2 years.  There was not a big impact to our business so we started the working from home policy in our company.
Most people prefer working from home. Most people spend maybe 2h to commute everyday. So most people prefer working from home.

Having a commute of 1h or less is better.
We can have a relax if we in the subway -> we can relax if we are in the subway.
Sometimes I try to read some English articles.

I read from China daily today, there will be a sport game for Asia pacific, will be in HZ and then from the news many people start to move to the sport village.  – > there will be  the Asia pacific sport games (Asian Games) in HZ and from the news many athletes started to move to the sport village.  / the Asian games will be held in HZ

We also watch soccer games.
More and more soccer teams have been set up in schools so we also can watch some kids play soccer. / soccer is more and more popular in schools so there are a lot of competitions between kids.
Soccer is good for teamwork.

In my department we are based in many different cities, some are in SZ, some in SH or BJ so for team building we travel together and do something relaxing like having a BBQ. We only do it once a year.

There are different cultures in different provinces so I like some natural views / natural sceneries such as Yunnan.

I remember I went there 2 years ago in summer and the news said half of the people went there because it is cool in summer.
We need to match the holidays of our kids.

They like mountains and the beach.
Sometimes we hike in HK because the views are nice.
Now HK people come to SZ more than people go to HK. -> now there are more people from HK that come to SZ than people from SZ that go to HK.

The living cost in SZ is cheaper so they want to shop in SZ or relax there. / have a relaxing time.
That is the reason most people want to go to SZ during the week end.

I can understand cantonese but I cannot speak it.
I learned from the news and hearing cantonese around me.

The environment is good for speaking another language so that is why I need to improve my spoken English.

I started to learn English when I was 10yo and most of the time when we learn English in China we just write in English. When I was a student they paid more attention to our English writing.

My kids are 10 but the math homework I cannot help him because it is so difficult -> My son is only 10 but I cannot help him with his math homework anymore because it is so advanced/hard.

The rent of the office is quite high in big cities.
