I achieved / reached my target so I can relax 2 days.

My store has income from 7 business people but now we just have 5 people and the target is not different -> In September we will have 7 people / In September we will hire 2 people / we will get 2 new employees.

In the 2 weeks the staff not to for selling but after the 2 weeks they can do everything same as old staff -> during the 2 weeks they are not allowed to sell / we don’t let them sell but after the 2 weeks they can sell and do everything by themselves.

Our staff went from 7 to 5 people but the target remains the same. / In July we had 7 employees but now we only have 5 employees and the target is still the same.

Goyard’s target for one salesperson is too high.

If I want to talk about with the candidate I can talk my HR and she will interview first, If the candidates are good she will recommend them to me

The Line manage will interview the candidate.

If the candidate is in the same city we can come to the office but if not we can do online to interview -> If the candidates are in the same city interview them in the office, if they are not in the same city we can interview them online

We cannot have less than 7 people

This month we were understaffed.
If we are understaffed and the target is the same, the 5 people have to do the work of 7 people.

If they are married and have kids they don’t want to go to another city, if they are single maybe they want to relocate.

The people in Nanjing cannot understand the Shanghai dialect.
If they speak very quickly we can’t understand

She can understand but she cannot speak Shanghainese / the Shanghai dialect.

We have the meeting every week / we have weekly meetings.  Tomorrow we have the meeting and the boss will share the China KPI and store managers must share their KPI ( both good and bad) and we make action plans.

The probation depends on the time of the contract.
If it is a 1 year contract the probation is only 1 month.

The weekly meeting lasts about 2 hours.
Before the weekly meeting we need to find so much information about the product, the business, the best sellers and the slow movers…

can you change where you display the products in the store?

We can push the staff and find the problem / the reason for the bad KPI.
If the product doesn’t sell well we can ask why they don’t like it, if it is the color or another reason.
