In the past 2 weeks I just onboarded in my new company.
I have received / I have gotten a lot of new employee training.

Some lessons I think were necessary such as data security and staff policy but some lessons I think were not important  / were not relevant for me like finance and logistics.

I just feel ok about it / I am moderately satisfied

Through this chart, we can see that Logitech has achieved stable growth in the past eight years, especially in the pandemic period. They got very good growth in gaming devices, video conferencing equipment, webcam, keyboard and mice.
Although there was decline in 2023 compared to 2022 or 2021, it still grew by more than 20% conrast before pandemic.
We can see the biggest engine for growth was video collaboration equipment, which contributed almost a little
performance in 2016 and nearly 25% in 2023. If we add the webcam, video products contribute close to 30% to the business.
Based on this, Logitech has transformed from a traditional office computer peripheral equipment company that mainly focuses on keyboards, mice, and presentation pens eight years ago into a modern office scene equipment provider.
Logitech’s success in the past few years is not only in acquiring office workers, but we can also see that they have achieved amazing achievements in gaming peripheral equipment. This category has grown more than three times in just the past three years.

We can see the biggest engine for growth was video collaboration equipments, While it only contributed a little to the performance in 2016 it almost accounted for 25% in 2023 / One the newer drivers of growth was the video collaboration equipments. They were negligible in 2016 but grew to almost 25% in 2023.

If we add the webcam, video products contribute close to 30% to the business.
Based on this, Logitech has transformed from a traditional office computer peripheral equipment company that mainly focused on keyboards, mice, and presentation pens eight years ago into a modern office scene equipment provider.

Logitech’s success in the past few years is not only in targeting office workers  / not only in proving great solutions for office workers but we can also see that they have made amazing achievements in gaming peripheral equipments. This category has grown more than three times in just the past three years.
