There are about 1,300 products.

In the store total staff go to the store and check the inventory -> we can only do the inventory when everyone is there after we close the store.

In AMQ we had an app on a phone / an online system but in Goyard we do it on paper.

It is easier when it’s online.

On Saturdays and Sundays we have even more people / customers.

Traffic is the highest on weekend

We have a conversion rate of about 10%, it was lower in AMQ.
In the mall the traffic was very high. People just wanted to try the shoes.
Maybe they just want to see the product or try the size and then ask someone to buy it for them for cheaper.

In China it is expensive. The shoes are not expensive, but if you buy expensive products / high ticket items there will be a big difference.

If you are in HK or another country the price is high like in China.
The difference is quite small

I work in luxury so if I like a product I can buy it in China. The after sale service is very good in China.

Now many Luxury cancelled customer discounts and changed them to customer gifts. The gifts can be flowers, cake, wine or small products.
For VVIP there can be big products.

When a customer spends more than 1,000,000 a year they are considered VIP.

The color of Goyard is green, it is like the color of trees.

Many young ladies like pink.

Goyard tends to be a little cheaper than LV for travel boxes.
Every box is made by 1 craftsman from the wood selection to the final product and he signs his name and the time of production in the box.
