My name is Lemon, I am now in SH for more than 8y and I am working in a PR agency. –> I have been in Sh for more than 8y and I am working in a PR agency.

I got/obtained a  master degree in the UK and my major was journalism.
I want to find a job which can take advantage of my content writing skills. / in which I can leverage my content writing skills.

After I finished my studies I was in SZ / I lived in SZ for more than half a year.
I was a reporter.
I went to SH as one alumni introduced me to a job in SH.

I have more than 8y experience in PR.
Now we will welcome a foreign (adj) client (n) and we will need to meet / discuss face to face and have direct communication so I am eager to improve.

After I came back I had no chance to speak out as we just needed to write in English. I had no opportunity to speak so my English is a bit rusty.

I have no time to correct those mistakes  / to realize I made a mistake.

Obviously AI will save us time maybe when we write articles. / one use case is to write articles.
For PR the content or writing skills are essential. They are always around press releases / In our job we deal mainly with press releases.
And maybe we need to coordinate with our client to prepare campaigns or activities so when we need to announce something we need to draft a press release and find appropriate media to distribute them. So press releases are our main responsibilities.

When you first come to this field you need to learn this first. It is the basic skill when you first enter this industry/field.

We also need to draft the speeches or briefing books and related materials for them.
We have tried to use AI for some reports that we released / published and they have a first draft for us.

I feel AI is good for a first draft but we then need to find further information or as get more knowledge about our client  we can adjust and personalize/customize the content.

When they came to the China and joined conferences we always had to get a request from clients and drafted a bilingual speech for them.
Many executives are not familiar with the Chinese situation so we need to introduce it to them and when they are familiar with the Chinese way of doing things we will draft speeches or outlines and then we align with local and global clients themselves to ensure the content is right.

We have 3 branches in China (BJ , SH , GZ).
In SH We have many different departments based on their functions and one is for cooperate clients and the others for brand clients.
My main clients are mainly for integrated marketing clients.
Our main client is the Philips group.
One is the Swatch group and the other is Pernaud Ricard headquartered in France.

Regarding the Swatch group we support them and the local clients to have brand conferences and marketing campaigns  / when they need to organize conferences and marketing initiatives in China and we need to announce their new products and marketing layout.

For Pernaud Ricard group we take responsibility for / are responsible for/ we handle their corporate issues.
We need to service both external and internal corporate issues in a wide sense.
We need to support them to deal with Global executive Chinese visits.
They have many brands like Martell, Absolute… / they have a wide umbrella with Martell, Absolute…  so we also need to help them to deal with brand issues.
Even if requests happen we need to help them analyze and handle their risk management  / make an analysis of the risk
