It is ok, only 2 departments began to use the system.
we will launch department by department / we roll out department by department.

We don’t know if it will be a disaster if we launch it immediately  -> we are worried something might happen if we launch it immediately.  / we do it step by step to ensure a smooth launch.

I just came back to Sephora and at that time there was no PMO and we met a lot of problems like the system was not stable and not user friendly. / the system was unstable.

There were a lot of barriers during the process.
The CFO is very detailed oriented and asked IT to set a lot of controls but the more controls the more inconvenient it becomes for the users.

Before they used the system they did it online and it was not easy.
I don’t think their capability is very good / I feel they might be lacking in some areas / they aren’t always the most efficient …

We only have 2 days a month we can work from home / every month the company allows us to work remotely for 2 days. A lot of companies offer 1 or 2 days per week.

For me I will use all my days off.
For Sephora we have a strict policy.
You need to provide a medical certificate.
So most of the people don’t want to ask because it is troublesome.
There is a hospital near my home and this is not a top hospital , it is an average hospital so there are only few people during working days.

I have the materials to improve I went to the hospital that day -> then I get the medical certificate to prove I went to the hospital/ to back my claims.

She knew a doctor in a hospital so I didn’t even need to go I just gave her my medical card and she would pretend I had an appointment with her.
It is ridiculous because it is normal for someone to sometimes be sick.

In Adidas if you want to ask for 2 days or more you need a medical certificate.

If you have a serious sickness you have paid and non paid sick leaves.

They would get water together and it would take them 20m.
For me it only took me 2m. / they would find all the opportunities they could to get together and just chat.
