I just finished my busy work from a big project and now I am helping my boss to do some other projects.
Then I will move to another company for a new job.
Maybe next period I need to do a lot of English conversation.

I haven’t practiced my English for a while.
Current projects do not need English so I want to pick it up and experience the English environment again.

My problem of English is my vocabulary is not so rich so I want to improve it.
My grammar also has some little mistakes.
Professional vocabulary is ok but for free talk or catch up and I am not so good at this.

Since I have not had English meeting for a while I want to warm up a little.
The global team is in the USA.
We may need to discuss brand strategy

Currently the weather is cold, it is weird because in past years shanghai is already very hot. We have experienced one month really cold weather.
Last Saturday the weather is good so it is very crowded
I want the normal weather came back.

Shanghai is keeping raining in the past two weeks.

the last month of last year I have spent over 500 for the energy but actually before I only need to spend 1-200 so it almost tripled.

I have forgotten about it

Before I experienced the Covid I think it is not a big deal but now I don’t want to experience it again -> I don’t want to go through that again.
I am badly ill and my eyes cannot even open ahd also I got a fever and I cannot speak.

My experience is focused on FMCG and we also do ad and learn the good creatives for this famous ad like the Super bowl.

One is about the world cup, it is an ad of pepsi.
They invite many football stars and they do the metaverse.
They let a metaverse person have a game with a real person.

recently years the government is controlled the environment industry so they don’t want to deliver wrong information so they will reviews the ads very strictly.

For a TVC it may take one week. For digital ad we need to go through it with PR to avoid potential risk.
The Chinese market changed quickly because e-commerce grew quickly. It is more advanced than the American market. We need to do a lot of digital ads. That is very different and recently the short videos are booming. It is not quite a normal thing in the US so we need to introduce this trend and let them understand. It is more authentic and more consumer focus. Not so brandy. So we will convince them to accept this kind of content.

We don’t need expensive director or machine , they want to see their real life and we will also invite KOLs to deliver our brand content.

Chinese consumers learn about the ingredients and know some professional ingredients and the benefits of each of them. They are willing to spend time to study.
We call this trend ingredients lovers. In China we need to make the brand more professional and show our technology advantage.
They are hard to convince.

The cost of e-commerce is cheaper than offline.

But in the future offline will come back. After covid people want to have some outings
The cost of e-commerce is also increasing quickly.
In the past 5 years traffic is free but now they want to monetize / they want to charge for it.
