Speaking exercise

He is a manager for the other department so last week he asked me for some help like he wants me can help his group because they will go to the Germany for an exhibition.

So he wants me can help them and he wants me will go with him to Germany.

He asked me how about your English.
So maybe I can be very simple.
I don’t know because the point is not he wants me to help them. He has he has his personal assistant and she sits in front of me / we are very close everyday and she helps me emails or chat with foreigner colleagues.

She wants to go to the Germany and she asked or said something like she would like to go so many times.
She wants to go abroad like this to her boss.

And he asked me are you ok, you have to ask for my boss.
And he tells my boss he wants me to help their group with some documents or some files so my boss didn’t know we will leave.

Today I heard maybe we need 3 weeks in March.

the second problem is my boss didn’t know anything I will leave for 2 / 3 weeks.

So many problems because the cost which department spends to cover my cost. I am not his department, we are different departments and these days his assistant found out this information and these days she hasn’t been talk to me anything.
So I think in March I will go with them and it might be weird.

So I think maybe I should find an excuse to ask her boss sorry I can’t.

you know all the group and no one talks to you. I think I can’t survive for 2 – 3 weeks.

My boss asked me but it is in China and he didn’t plan when or where but he told me maybe this year I have to go on business trip to help him.

These days she told everyone except me that she wants to go to Germany.
If you will go to Germany you will take some photos for her.

Maybe this time for the visa is very difficult so his group deal with this problem everyday

I will try to find an excuse not to go 

If I will in the exhibition I don’t know how to talk about my company.
If they speak very quickly I can’t understand.

Today I heard maybe we will need  to go 3 weeks in March. / we may need to stay in Germany for 3 weeks in March.

the second problem is my boss doesn’t know I will leave for 2 / 3 weeks.

There is a budget problem too because I am from a different department and his department cannot cover the cost of the trip for me / and I need to ask permission to my department manager.

these days his assistant found out this information / heard about it and she hasn’t talked to me (at all) since then.
So I think in March if I go with them and it might be weird.

So I think maybe I should find an excuse to tell her boss I can’t go / I need to find an excuse not to go
