This thinking may also impact my attitude toward the job / motivation. / This will influence my motivation

We don’t have any bonus but it is nothing different for us because we actually don’t have the bonus. -> Our company does not normally give a bonus so nothing changes for us / It is not in our company culture to give a bonus, so nothing changes for us.

I think it depends on your financial status. do you have savings to support a naked resignation.
If you have the rich parents, that’s ok.

If I cannot learn something from the job / If I feel I don’t grow professionally or I am unhappy I will leave the job. / I will resign
If I can learn something from the job and I can get along well with my colleagues I will stay.

We received info from our client side. Maybe government owned company have enough budget to cover advertising costs but for some international companies the global brands like Estee Lauder or P&G they actually reduced their marketing budget in 2023.

The budget reduction for the traditional advertising follows the overall industry trend.
Traditional advertising, something like TVC and the opening for the television. / television sponsorship.
Less people watch TV right now, this is true from the consumer side so clients may reduce the budget they invest in traditional advertising but it is nothing about the state of the economy  / it is not related to the economy

For digital advertising it can be affected by the economy because even for the platforms like Alibaba.
When consumers have a negative attitude to the company they spend less.
We cannot have a good ROI from the input. So our clients reduce the budget on the advertising side.
