Just focus on how to follow my customer work plan and here is a new thing for our team.
We find a new financial person for our company who is professional.

I think accountants for us is important than before not just accountant company.
An important reason is we need to focus how to improve our sales annual and not to just spend more and more time to collect data and numbers and how about our financial things.

Another point is we also need to set up a collection policy to let colleagues follow

For example a sales want to spend amount of the money so he needs to apply and write the reason and apply and then the financial person should be agree.

Right now our company didn’t have a similar policy.

They provide accounting services to help companies make their financial statements

Another point is we also need to set up a refund policy / business expenses policy to let colleagues follow. / so that the process is easier for our team

For example a salesperson wants to spend an amount of money so he needs to apply for authorization / permission and write the reason and the financial department should be consider it.

Right now our company doesn’t have a similar policy. / doesn’t have such a policy  / right now we do not have a clear policy for that
