I resigned from there on end 2019 -> in the end of 2019

I try to expend our team members. I try to find some new people to join our sales and design team but there is a big problem.

It is difficult to find suitable ones for us. / to find suitable candidates
They will choose a high salary or good conditions including big team and big company. -> candidates usually prefer to work in Fortune 500 companies and in big teams.

For us we are just a new team or a small company so some won’t chose us -> won’t choose us / we are not the first choice for most candidates

Some people are willing to join our company but they didn’t get enough experience before / but they don’t have enough experience / they are not experienced enough.

We have to training them -> we have to train them

Our customers give us a lot of support and it can let me get enough time to contact new people join us. / Our customers are supportive and they give us the time to get new talents in. / our timelines are long enough so we don’t have to worry too much

It is difficult to judge. Some sure things are there are really so many people who want to find new jobs or change to a new job. / Currently a lot of people want to change their jobs

But maybe we can’t provide good conditions to them so we really need a long time to find and interview candidates and give them a probation period. / our hiring process takes a long a time.

When we overcome this period we still need to face hard competition within the industry.

it is hard to try to increase the sales annual -> the annual sales

I feel for us it is not bad recently. We didn’t focus on the oversea market. Our major customers come from China mainland. / we are mostly serving domestic customers.

If we can find or notice some risk coming from our customers we will try to prevent them by asking them to pay first / to pay upfront or stop to provide more goods to them.
Within our company sometimes we will choose some famous brands to have deals/
It can become a safety -> it is safer
They also get a lot of negative news but we combine together all these conditions  and use that to assess the risk.
It can help us prevent big issues and avoid losing a lot of money.

One of our major business is trading so we just contact our suppliers. Although they can increase the price they give to us we can use a similar reasons to explain the price increase to our customers.
