On the first day of spring festival we eat Tangyuan for breakfast.
And we eat it again during the lantern festival

We can’t leave Shanghai now. If I go to Suzhou I must have a 48h negative Covid test. If I arrive in Wuxi I must quarantine for 14 days
If I leave Shanghai to go to another place I must quarantine for 14 days / 2 weeks

Recently some people quarantined for 14 days and came back home and for 7 days you can’t take the subway or go to the supermarket. / you can’t go to crowded places

and man came back to SH and continued the quarantine at home for 7 days. Then he went outside to a milk tea store and he infected many people

Everyday some hospitals close to check everything / to test for Covid.

Many cities don’t want other people to come in for the spring festival /
Many cities make it hard for people to come for the spring festival because they must quarantine for 14 days./ if you want to come back you must quarantine.

I especially like sweet things. One of my favorite New Year’s food is tangyuan, it’s a sweet rice ball with black sesame oil and peanut sauce inside which served in sweet soup. I adore white chocolate, as it has such a sweet taste and I always feel very wicked when eating it. Many of those who launch artisanal chocolate shops, they are inspired by a love for chocolate, not business.
