Due to the impact of COVID-19 pandemic in these years, more and more companies had to using the way for their work style by meeting or communicating online. it is popular that companies combined with online as well as offline format of work in recent society in order to run business smoothly. Those differing ways also can bring different benefits.

There are a few advantage of the online work. It is easier that gather for people from different cities or countries and resolve emergency problem at any time. Especially in pandemic period people are not allowed to go to office and still needs to cope with the work issues. It is not necessary for establish a virtual team. Apart from the convenience, it can save the money from company’s cost aspect and balanced budget . Less people travel, less cost to expense.

The advantage of the offline working are multiple. Firstly , it has significantly improved the effeciency of work. Because in the working condition ,people have more access to concentrate,Instead of work outside people are likely to disturb by outer influence. Secondly , it aslo can improve the productivity of work. people can discuss with their co-work directly and resovle the issue immediately. More importantly, it is good for establish relationships with client. Offline conversation are shown emotional abilities that are useful to interact with people. It can give client good impression to get more opportunities.

Having considered of both views, I think it is necessary for managing the business traditionally,but it also can changing the way of the work a little bit depends on the situation.

Especially in pandemic period people are not allowed to go to offices and still need to cope with the work issues. It is necessary to establish a virtual team. Apart from bringing convenience, it can reduce the company’s cost and balance between cost and revenue. The fewer people travelling, the less cost.

There are mutiple advantages to work offline. Firstly, it has significantly improved the effeciency of work. Because in under the working condition, people are able to concentrate more easily, instead of being distracted while working outside. Secondly, it also can improve the productivity of work. People can discuss with their co-workers/colleagues directly and resovle the issues immediately. More importantly, it is good for establishing relationships with clients. Offline conversations show more emotions which/that are useful for people to interact. It can leave a good impression on clients and help bringing more opportunities. Overall, offline conversations are irreplaceable.
