1: As COVID after two year locking down, decrease of the market, the market has already recovered after those 6 months. Especially in cosmetics industry, we got double digit growth, for skin care, it is a little slower. We saw the early signs. Especially for the premium products, consumer starts to buy more and for the compromise of locking down period, they want to try more thing. There are some novelty brand are booming. We find that there is a trend about the functional skin care and the clean beauty. The consumer care about the skin healthy, so the ingredients are important now. The consumer wants the natural products more than before and they want to know the ingredients list to this product to know there are no harmful ingredients.

we can see a lot of local brand is invest in this area. They even cowork with universities to make the industry standard, to be the leader. Our brand wants to ride on this trend, to make sure we have a good leading position on the clean beauty.

The recovery is not as fast as we thought, because the consumer is more rational after this pandemic. So they won’t make decision rationally, it is quite different as several year ago. So the recovering come from offline channels, because they want to go outing legally. For E-commerce, they shift their interest from TD to TT, there is channel shifting. For total e-commerce, the decline has been stopped.

In recent 5 years, China brand emerging quickly with creative innovations. many broad brand use the ODM in China so the current supply chain, they have the rescue of the supply chain and innovation capability.
