Reflect on 2023 and share your proudest moment on one of your achievements:

I helped to organize an event for my department, for more than 100 people, to show off muscles to other departments

After many meetings, we got 4/5 plans to choose from. During this, I was working on IT coordination as we wanted to thoroughly show IT information to the public, which I needed support from other IT colleagues.

During the preparation, we realized due to the complex nature of the IT systems, it was hard to make it attractive. So we designed games to give a lively demonstration so it was easier to comprehend.

At the end of the preparation, we wanted to decorate our showroom. The vendor of the shipment didn’t receive the payment so they were prevented from supporting this event. So we urgently needed to switch vendor.

Given COVID, we didn’t have any large offsite IT event in the past 2 years. So this year was very important. After the event, we received great feedback, saying it was very educational and interesting.
