(what is your new year resolutions) – small target/to-do lists

1. can help me plan better, because the whole year resolution is very easy to stop doing the thing – procrastinate
2. if set up smaller targets, can be planned/incorporated into weekdays, and better executed
3. popular among people who lived/studied abroad, it is a typical culture difference.
