I like travelling, working out, going to the gym, I like yoga.

I gain a little

I don’t like putting all my time to do my job or to work overtime. 

I don’t like dedicating all my personal time to do work, especially after work hours. I like to keep my worklife balance.

on the whole, people miss opportunity to enjoy leisure, but I want to worklife balance and to enjoy my life and also keep study.

As a whole/ in a nutshell/ in summary, people in China are always too busy to do ……, they are too focused on achieving success in their careers, whilst they forget to enjoy life. But I want to achieve worklife balance, and enjoy my life while continue to improve myself.
