Pros of Working from Home
1. Time and cost saving
You can work from home without getting up early. If you work at 9am, then I think you just have to get up before 9am to turn on your computer and start checking your work emails. Because no one knows what time you get up, you may not have washed your face and brushed your teeth, and you can even eat breakfast while checking your email. You also don’t have to care what you wear to work today, and you can even keep wearing your pajamas all day.
2. Work/Life Balance
Working from home means I can have more time to do housework. I can wake up in the morning and put yesterday’s change of clothes in the washing machine, and I can work with the machine at the same time. When I’m done working for a while, I can hang out the laundry or do other chores.
The Cons of Working from Home
1. Efficiency
Working at home many small things may affect your efficiency, for example, a good TV or movie, you may have a lot of delicious food sitting around. Worse, you may spend a lot of time playing with your social media accounts
2. Technical Support
when I was in my home studio, I suddenly had a problem with my computer. At this time IT is not with you, then it may take you a long time to contact him, which causes your work will be delayed.

Pros of Working in an Office
1.Collaboration& communication
Working in the office, you can always find the person you are looking for, and if you encounter difficulties, you can report to your manager in time. If you want to ask your colleague for help, she is there for you.
Cons of Working in an Office
1. Commuting time
If your home is very far from your office, then this means you may have to spend 1-2 hours more than other colleagues on the road. Maybe you can work better with an extra 2 hours a day.

I prefer to work in the office because my home is very close to the office and I can get there in about half an hour. Although my home is comfortable and I can lie in bed whenever I am tired, but I prefer to work with my colleagues and we can always share what happened that day.
