Because of the timely responses,the government gained/bought a lot of time to minimize the possibility of infection,moreover,it didn’t cause much anxiety and panic,most people looked more calm this time.The government took a series of urgent measures to stop the virus from spreading,such as travel restriction,public gathering restriction,public transport restriction,targeted/planed(?) blcokdown and the implement of COVID test in each community…all in all,it was well-organized,thus made things in control,instead of/rather than“one size fits all”.Furthermore,there was a bright sport in this series measures and I’ll talk about it in the next writing.
As a resident,I could get a detail arrangement for the next day in every evening from the massages of relevant department of our district,that made me fell everything was in order and was good.However,on to parents,they were going to be crazy,because they just sent their kids back to school and then the school gave these “little troubles”back after half a month. Most other people,excepted some businessman and the people who in quarantine ,have a normal life as usual and were affected a little.Unfortunately, restaurants and shops has been hit several times by the pandemic,some of them didn’t survive after successional shutdown.Besides,our school had to suspend classes again.

The government took a series of urgent measures to stop/prevent the virus from spreading,  including restrictions on traveling, public gathering and transportation. Also, regional/small/scale lockdown and the implement of COVID test in each community…

Having learned the lessons from last time, the gov is now implementing a more flexible lockdown strategy, only shutting down areas with reported cases/…… trying/aiming to minimize the impact of the socio-economical life. 

All in all, it was well-organized, thus made things in control, instead of/rather than“one size fits all”.
All in all, things are much more well-organized and better controlled, instead of a stringent/tight/strict policy that cuts off necessary movements/social activities.

Furthermore, there was a bright spot in this series measures and I’ll talk about it in the next writing.
However, there was an upside this time, which I will talk about in next class.

Every resident will get a detailed report/message/announcement/notice from their district officials on what and how to do in term of covid testing. This new policy was more efficient and was very well welcomed in our city.

However, this new policy was not well received among parents because they just sent their kids to school and now the school is giving these “little troubles” back after only two weeks.

Most ordinary people, with the exception of some businessmen and those in quarantine, are living a normal life without being affected too much.

Restaurants and shops were hit the hardest, and in some extreme cases, they have to shut down for good.
Some restaurants and shops/stores did not survive many rounds of lockdowns.
Besides, our school had to suspend classes again.
