I am Nell, i have been working in this company for almost 2 years. i worked in Special Channel as sales assistant. I was responsible for dealing orders and give quote a price in order to the customer get more items and orders from us , and i also did some daily things. if my boss sometimes visit the customer , he always takes me together, and i learned a lot from every visit , such as how to communicate with customers, how to service the customers better .my boss also try to let me handle some small customers lonely.

During my time here, I was responsible for dealing orders and giving price quotations so that our customer give us more items and orders. I also managed the day-to-day workflow in the office. I also went on business trips with my boss to extend the scope of our business. So far, I have limited experience in dealing with clients directly.
