I think I need to know the needs of client, and then i need to make a plan in my brain. This plan includes “5 W” –when, what, where, why , and combination its advantage and disadvantage ,and then tell the client. so far as disadvantage , we can narrow it .

I think I need to know the needs of my clients, and then make a plan accordingly in my head. This plan includes “5 W”s –when, what, where, why and who. Next, I will present the plan to the clients and explain the advantages and disadvantages. Lastly, I will do my best to minimize the disadvantages/downsides.
