Writing exercise

I remember a visit to the hospital 6 months ago for my eyes. At that time, I felt very itchy eyes and sometimes accompanied by pain, especially my left eye. Whenever I check my computer or my phone for too long, my tears kept flowing and it bothers me very much. So I made an appointment with an eye specialist to test my eyes.
On the day of the consultation, I was looking at the electronic screen at the door waiting for my number to appear. After about 30 minutes, I finally saw the doctor. He is a middle-aged man, very nice. He asked about my usual eye habits, and he asked me if I like to look at my phone in a dark place? If I do this for a long time, it will cause harm to my eyes.
In the next 10 minutes, he told me the correct way to use my eyes, dispensed some eye drops, and then told me that I needed to rest my eyes for a while at work so that they would become brighter.
