Vocabulary

Emmigrate(n) – One who leaves one’s place of residence or country to live else where

Relocate(v) – move to a new place and establish one’s home or business elsewhere

Regiment(v) – Organise according to strict system or pattern

Market share(n) – the portion of the market controlled by a partiuclar company or product

Catchment – The areas around your business from which you draw customers, and help you understand customer behaviour.

Shrink (v) – Become or make smaller in sizeor amount.

Top down approach – a strategy in which the decision making process occurs at the highest level and is then communincated to the rest of the team.

Gaslighting – To manipulate (control) someone using psycholigical methods into questioning their own sanity or powers of reasoning.

Workplace politics – The process and behaviour that in human interactions involves power and authority.
