Diligent (n) – Having or showing care and conscientiousness in one’s work or duties.

Useless > Less productive
Productive (adj) – causing or providing a good result or a large amount of something
“He was productive bringing in large number of clients to his company”
Compromise (sacrifice) (n) – An agreement or settlement of a dispute that is reached by each side making concessions.
