Vocabulary

zookeepers – the people working in the zoo

zoo patron – a customer or someone who visits a place regularly

point of view – how a story is told; usually in first-person or third-person

so first person point of view is when a character in the story tells the events 

-pronouns I or We are used 

In third person point of view, the story is told by someone outside of the story 

-pronouns He/She or They are used 

There is also the second person point of view, but it’s not often used
