Are you short on food? – means to not have enough food

volunteer – someone who helps out for free

expire/v – to go bad/past its date for consumption

ex. Oh no! The meat has expired.

conjure – to make an (image) appear; call sth to mind

ex. If I dream when I’m too tired, I would conjure some bizarre situations from my imagination.

lucid dream – you’re aware while you’re dreaming

But we cannot eat the chicken because my mum buy is for a long time.
