Per last friday, we had some discussion, i realized for business department, they don’t know who we are and what can we do for DBS. so i wanner use 2minutes to quick introduce our business.

ZhuiYi is a technology-advanced company specialized in NLP area, we provide different NLP products for our client, such as AI-bot, Voice-bot, Ai-surveillance, digital human and others. So far, we have more than 400 clients, and most of them is in Financial fields, like ICBC, AIA… We have cooperated wi half of the top 500 banks in the world.

For DBS project, we would provide our AI-surveillance system, it looks like a digital “inspector†and the main function is to check whether the conversation between your agent and client is in compliance with your internal requirement. Per our past experience, we think our system can help you monitor whether your agent is polite, whether they speak some words to overcommitted your client, or whether they verify your customers’ identity based on your SOP. As there are different AI-rules could be used to serve your requirements. For example, if you wanner check whether your account manager speak dirty language, we can configure keyword database, or whether they remind client some necessary finical risks, we can use semantic labels.

The core value of AI-surveillance platform is to reduce our inspector’s workload as it can show the inspection result within a short time, and it have ability to recognize the conversation intention even though people have different language or expression sentence.

So in usual, we suppose to know our client :how to monitor in place, whether they have AI tools to use, or if they do manual inspection work, do you have some expectation for our system?

As different AI-rules could be embedded to serve your requirements. For example, we can set up a keyword database to monitor your employees’ use of inappropriate language.

The core value of  our AI-surveillance platform is to reduce our inspector’s workload as it can reveal  the inspection result quickly. It is also capable of recognizing intention even though people have different language expressions.
