In today’s class you told me about the typhoon and the resulting order to stay at home. I found that you had overcome the difficulties you had before in using the present perfect and past perfect tenses. I also noticed that your use of the simple past tense was much better throughout our conversation, although you still made the occasional slip.

We should focus a little on using the future perfect tenses to enable you to talk about the future from a past perspective. In today’s class, you wanted to say what you thought would happen this morning, and I helped you to use the future perfect tense. We can practice this more nex time.
