In today’s class you asked me to help you understand a variety of technical terms. I explaind that most people outside the field of IT are not very familiar with these terms, but promised to do my best to help you understand them. Then, we talked a little about why it is difficult for you to understand your colleagues when they speak quickly. Finally, we looked at some of your grammar mistakes.

Homework

In order for me to help you understand the technical terminology that you are struggling with, I will need some time to prepare. Please send me the first 10 words or phrases that you do not understand. Make sure to include the sentences in which these words appeared as context.
