Pronunciation

Pronunciation of the /eɪ/ sound is very important. Without this sound, you will say “man” instead of “main” and “plan” instead of “plane”.
To say this sound correctly, your mouth will start on the position of the /e/ sound and finish on the position of the /ɪ/ or /i:/ sound.

I have been working in Protime since June this year, providing consumer insights for brands in Shiseido Group using Databank, Strategy Center, SYCM, etc
And before that, I worked at Otype for 2 years. My main responsibility was providing consumer insights and strategies for brands using data from Ali Databank, Strategy Center, brands’ CRM system, etc., and helping brands operate their consumer assets. Specifically, my work could be mainly classified into two main parts as new customer insights and operation and existing customer and member insights and operation. In terms of new customer insights and operation, my work can be classified into 3 parts:
Firstly, I helped brands operate their consumer assets during campaigns. Before the campaign, I needed to break down the GTA target, conducted consumer asset, product and paid-media diagnosis, and developed consumer operation strategies and plans to achieve brands’ goal. For example, I conducted social buzz analysis, product inflow & outflow analysis, etc., so as to gain insights into products’ usage scenarios. And then I segmented consumers on the basis of their usage scenarios, and their relations with brand, and designed operation strategies and paid-media plans for different clusters respectively. During the campaign, I was responsible to monitor GTA and paid media indicators, identified changes and provided suggestions for optimization. After the campaign I needed to deliver reports of the review of the campaign. Secondly, I did some ad-hoc studies, including market research, category studies, IP studies, competing good tracking, etc..
