Only thing I could heard vividly is about one woman said why dont you put your mask properly? then, the argument was continuing for entire … from the beginning station to the end of the station… and that reflect me when we feel sad or less motivated we often unconsciously / subconsciously refuse people’s help or parent’s advice just like being grumpy. The emotions so easy to trigger especially during this COVID period / epidemic. So I trying to see that thing above because I did that reaction sometimes, so there’s a way you can do. Imagine you have a baby or very lovely dog – when they are crying or get upset, how would you be skillfully and unconditionally give them love and attention without interferring their decision. You swap the position with them.

This morning I saw 2 women who were fighting on the MRT and i couldn’t hear what exactly the entire conversation was. The only thing I could hear vividly was that one woman said why dont you put your mask on properly?” then, the argument continued for the entire trip / ride / for the entire time i was on the train and that made me reflect on when we’re a bit down or demotivated / we feel sad or less motivated we often subconsciously refuse people’s help or parent’s advice. The emotions are so easy to trigger / you’re easily triggered especially during this COVID period / pandemic. So I was / I have been trying to step back and see it clearly because I react like that / I do that sometimes, so as far as I have discovered there’s a better way you can handle that kind of situation. Imagine you have a baby or very lovely dog – when they are crying or get upset, how would you be empathetic and give them unconditional love and attention without interferring in their decision. You swap the positions with them / you put yourself in their shoes.
