i think it’s not only about housework but it’s about how the parents treat their children, how they manage them i think… so i fought with my husband recently because of my mother in law so i think fundamentally it’s 2 different teaching styles / approaches / ways of teaching between my family and my husabdns family. So for my family my parents used to not teach us what we should not do. they would ask us if you wanna do a or b or c, so me and mum will go travel, we want to visit my grandparents, do u wanna come with us, they ask me, and im willing to do so… for my husbands family they just do it as an order… you must come with us.
