The 3 kids policy is essential for china right now. As the birth rate in China is lower than 1.3% which is from an official population investigation of the chinese government recently. China will be a society which are dominated by retired people in about 10 or 15 years which will brings a lot of serious problems, economic problems, society problems. So the government want to figure out encourage people to have more kids. That’s a good policy but the problem is the government should offer more incentives, or convenient environment, housing conditions for the families who have 3 kids. Why we don’t want to have more kids, first is we don’t have good housing condition, housing prices are too expensive. If one family want to raise 3 kids you need a big house, with at least 4-5 rooms. Especially in tier 1 cities.
