Online Class Notes (Jesse)
Writing exercise
I prefer to search for information on the Internet. Because it’s faster and more accurate to find information online. For example, in a self-study class, my classmates and I had a question about macroeconomics. I didn’t have my phone with me that day, so I had to look it up. I searched for a long time in the textbook, while my classmates found it quickly with their mobile phones.

Q: When communicating with your friends and families, you can use different methods: letters, e-mails, and/or telephone calls, instant messaging. Which method do you think is better and why? Use details and examples to support your explanation.
i prefer to instant messaging because it’s easy to chat with sb bcs letters and emails are more formal and the speed of sending messages is lower than instant messages for eg i will not check my email for every hour maybe just check it once a day and the telephone calls cost money but using instant message such as wechat is free…
Q: Does technology make our lives simpler or more complex? Use details and examples to support your explanation.
