last week on monday / a week ago monday – very clearly “last week”, not this week.

last week monday, i did yoga and i tried again to headstand so many i can’t do that because all my muscles around my neck, something happened here because the next day, maybe the same day, but next day after i did that I had headache, like migrane. So, maybe 1 month I did it… and she said you can try to headstand and i tried and then i have headache. Maybe i need 1 couch who they know a lot of things about the body, and what happened when you do that or not.

we met her when my friend fabiola met me, maybe we had dinner with her, and from that day we met some days to have dinner, lunch or go to dancing and now she wants we had a lunch or something in her home, and she invited us to some consul from another country, from portugal, brazil…
