(The yellow circle in picture), the size of yellow one is as big as half a hand, it’s around 7-8cm length,and the entire roll has five dirty marks around every from 10cm to 20m unevenly with black point which the size is very small like point of ballpen and it’s in yellow circle and around from 10 to 20cm unevenly away.Peter took pictures for your reference but it’s not clear,please check the following defects and advise if you accept this roll.

the size of yellow circle in the picture is as big as half a hand, and is around 7-8cm in length which becomes smaller and smaller towards the end of the roll. The entire roll has five yellow circles every 10 to 20 meters unevenly, with a black dot which is the size of a very small dot like from a ballpoint pen and is inside the yellow circle and is spaced roughly every 10 – 20cm, however the spacing is quite uneven – sometimes it there are 2 dots together, and other times there is more space between the dots. Peter took some pictures for your reference, so please check the following defects and advise if you accept this roll. I apologise for the lack of clarity in the pictures. 

they explained that it was because the raw material increased in price a lot after CNY, so the purchase cost are higher for them, and recently the cost are not stable, if we don’t rush the order, it would be better to check the price 2 weeks later.

The email I wrote to a customer broke her promise of payment:
Please kindly note as per our contract, we will get 50% payment before shipment, so we still wait for your payment to deliver the goods.
20%deposit, 50% payment before shipment and 30% 30days after shipment.
Is the 50% called “balance”? Or only 30% is?

The email I wrote to a very close British customer:
This morning I heard the bad news that Prince Philip died ,I’m so sorry for your loss.Is he very popular person in your country?

Because the detective goods, we asked discount from supplier and they provided 3/kg discount from supplier, the original price of this order is 10/kg,so after discount it’s 7/kg, 30%discount.

As per our talk by ?via ?on wechat, the price is 15/kg and the sample making charges are RMB1000( refund after order:I measn if they place order after receiving the samples, the we won’t ask sample payment from the customer).

This morning I heard the bad news that Prince Philip died which came as a real shock. I have heard many things about him and the royal family, and I hope this news didn’t affect you too much! 

Because of the defective goods, we asked for a discount from the supplier and they provided a 3 RMB per kg discount, with the original price of this order being 10 RMB per kg which means that so after the discount the final price is 7 RMB per kg – a 30% discount.

As per our talk via / on / through wechat, the price is 15 RMB per kg and the sample making charges are RMB1000 (which is refundable after the order) I mean if they places an order after receiving the samples,  we won’t ask the customer to pay for the samples).
