I’m want to show you a story which is a person how to create his own business. I heard this story from my partner

A decade ago maybe, a person (A) who goes back often between China and Japan, by that time, he tried to make money by buying goods made in Japan for his clients in China mainland and HK. Most of his order are all different kind of dolls, figures, garage kits，these products are famous brands or design by famous designer or cartoonist.

One day he met a guy who is Japanese famous cartoon figure designer(B). They discussed deeply within cartoon figure market. After that they made a decision which was try to create a new industry, the name is blind box,

The B had created a new figure, it was named POPMART, which is a collection of cute figure, he set different scene and design more posture or clothes. That’s really cute and lovely

Meanwhile, The A used blind box which means people couldn’t choose which one that they want to buy, it’s random，even some one good at the calculate, also still not collect a whole collection.

So more people start to notice their business and use it, it became more popular and earned money by that.

There are two key points in their business, one is the cute and original figure, another is blind box, it let people fall in a crazy collecting.

the situation is like when I was child, some soft drink use a promotion which is one tin drink can let me to get a card or a part of the brand toy, most of the people are willing to collect it, then the sales annule can increased.

the two condition relate to each other, they won’t get success if miss any one’s condition
