For this time we canāt get your confirmation of forwarder in time, in doing so ,we didnāt have time to check the cutoff date from them, and we canāt prepare the orders in advance, on the other hand, the forwarder didnāt know our request of booking space, we have to delay the shipment, so next time would you please check and inform us earlier?(is it too strong tone?)
We quoted with supplier, they provided unit price as 12/kg,(the price went up 2/kg than last order, increased by 20% than last order)ļ¼they explained because the raw material raised a lot after CNY, the purchase cost are higher for them, and recently the cost are not stable, if we donāt rush the order, it would be better to check the price 2 weeks later.
The email I wrote to a customer broke her promise of payment:
Please kindly note as per our contract, we will get 50% payment before shipment, so we still wait for your payment to deliver the goods.
20%deposit, 50% payment before shipment and 30% 30days after shipment.
Is the 50% called ābalanceā? Or only 30% is?
The email I wrote to a very close British customer:
This morning I heard the bad news that Prince Philip died ,Iām so sorry for your loss.Is he very popular person in your country?
Because the detective goods, we asked discount from supplier and they provided 3/kg discount from supplier, the original price of this order is 10/kg,so after discount itās 7/kg, 30%discount.
As per our talk by ?via ?on wechat, the price is 15/kg and the sample making charges are RMB1000( refund after order:I measn if they place order after receiving the samples, the we wonāt ask sample payment from the customer).
