Recently Washington post ranked “the top 10 most luxuries in the world”, and none of the top 10 items are related to money and materials. The top 10 luxuries are as follows: understanding of life; a heart full of freedom, happiness and love; daring travel all around the world; back to nature and have abilities to connect with nature; a restful sleep; enjoy your own time and space; ture love with your lover; there are friends who understand you; healthy body and rich in heart；with passion and can influence others. To be honest, we always mention the above items, but I think only few people can have all of them，the main reasons are： We pay too much attention to material pursuit, but ignore the spiritual pursuit; meanwhile, we are afraid for gossip and overlook our own happiness，so we have to think about what attitude we should take for the rest of our lives.

To be honest, we always talk about the above items, but I think (very) few people can have all of them，and the main reasons are： We pay too much attention to the material pursuit / the pursuit of material things, but ignore the spiritual pursuit; meanwhile, we are afraid of being judged by others, often compare ourselves to our peers, and overlook our own happiness，so we have to think about what attitude we should have / adopt for the rest of our lives.
