Last week I travelled to Kashi, the city which is located in southern Xinjiang, during the trip I have learned some new knowledges, tasted local food and enjoyed some amazing landscapes. Kashi is linked to Pakistan, Afghanistan and Kyrgyzstan, so we can find some architectures with central Asia style. There are 3 main ethnic minorities in Kashi including Uygur ethnic group，Tajiks and Kirgiz nationality, and they also have some typical local food including Nang, a kind of crusty pancake; baked bun，roast eggs and hand-pulled noodles. Besides, there are lots of different landscapes in Kashi including snow mountains, glaciers，Gobi deserts and soil forests，and along the way, I found that many mountains and lakes have special colors and I thought that’s because they are full of minerals. By the way, though the landscapes of Kashi are complicated, we can see that all the towns are connected with roads and every family is connected with electricity, it has to be said that China is really strong in basic construction.

Besides this / that, there are lots of different landscapes in Kashi including snow mountains, glaciers，large mountainous desert regions and soil forests，and along the way, I found that many mountains and lakes have special colors and I thought that’s because they are full of minerals. By the way, though the landscapes of Kashi are complicated, we can see that all the towns are connected with roads and every family is connected with electricity / family has electricity / has power, so it has to be said that China is really strong in basic construction.
