I am a Brazilian, 37-year-old guy, and I am living in Shanghai since January 2020. Before getting to Asia, I spent most of my previous years in Sao Paulo. However, I am from the countryside, where my parents are still living, i.e. the place which reminds me of home. Furthermore, I lived in Barcelona during 2007-2009, to do my master’s degree course. At that time and apart from studying, I travelled to more than 12 countries, from East Europe to Morocco. From other personal perspectives, I am married, no kids and I am a cyclist addicted. My wife Julia is not a cyclist, but she supports me in my training moments. Finally, the way that made me what I am is a combination of being raised in the countryside, having passed through big cities in different countries and the opportunity that I got to study as most as I could.

Finally, the thing that made me / the way I became who I am is a combination of being raised in the countryside, having passed through / spent time in big cities in different (in a variety of / a number of) countries and the opportunity that I got to study as much as I could.
