Writing exercise

You have 100 clients, you’ve only finished 40% of your quarterly target, you have 3 weeks left. What is your action plan?

1. Found out the reason why my performance is off track by scheduling a meeting with my line manager to discuss or seeking some advices from colleagues if any of them had faced the same issue before and how they sorted it out.
2. Figure out how I can best / most efficiently / most effectively reach the target within 3 weeks by analyzing my client portfolio as there are 100 clients which is quite a lot. There should some potential clients that I can reach out to / utilize / use / leverage to get / gain more revenue. Make a 3 week strategy plan and then reach out to these / those potential clients
3. Summarize the reasons leading to poor performance and work on my plan for the next quarter to avoid the risk of missing targets again.

What would you do if your client rejected to renew by the end of the quarter
– [ ] 1. Call my client to find out the reason why they are not willing to renew. Is it because of the decrease of their business volume or that they are not satisfied with what we are offering and seeking for a price cut or trying to switch to a new platform as another provider offers something better than us
– [ ] 2. After finding out the reason, I will speak with my line manager to let him know the situation and discuss the next step

What would do you if gmail’s competitor starts to charge their client?

1. Schedule the meeting with gmail group to collect information about this competitor‘s competitiveness and their charging strategy, what they offer additionally if it’s a paid service. We should keep an eye on this competitor as / considering / since it’s a big or even disruptive change within our industry.
2. Reach out to some of our clients who have a close relationship with us to see if they’ve heard of this change from our competitor and what their opinion towards this is.
3. Discuss internally again after collecting the competitor‘s information and client’s opinions to make sure everyone is on the same page and know what our plan is / and are familiar with our plan.

I fly back to GZ last saturday and my mum pick me up at the airport and then i went to my best friend’s bday party during that night and i think we drank some beers and then we had the bday cake and i give her a gifts as a perfume, i bought the chanel perfume at the airport, and on sunday i went to the dentist and then i got dental implants, and then the cost here in GZ is only 50% of the cost in SH, it’s way cheaper. And then I took a rest after the dental implants during the night and then i stay with my mum at home after the dental implant.
