AZ paused its business cooperation with Edelman China in Octo. 2020 due to some problems found in your delivery audit in 2020. A few days ago, Edelman conducted internal process analysis and training for the previous problems. Combined with the evaluation results of our compliance department and procurement department and CIA audit results of Edelman the end of year, we now decide to resume business cooperation with Edelman China. But at the same time, we will issue conditional control measures in combination with compliance opinions.
We hope that risk management and control can be strengthened in the following cooperation, let’s create a win-win situation.

Combined with the evaluation results of our compliance department and procurement department and the end-of-year CIA audit results of Edelman, we have now decided to resume business cooperation with Edelman China.
