Insomnia has become an issue for me in the past 1 month.
The importance of sleep / rest is well-known, and the insomnia is one of the most common sleep complaints / syndromes from modern people. It says sleep disorder has affect 35% of adults. I have been suffering acute insomnia time to time and may last 1-2 days randomly. It has impact on my daytime quality and my working efficiency.
People experience the conditions in different ways, such as having difficulty falling into asleep, waking up in the middle of sleep and feeling tired after getting up. Insomnia can provoke profound reaction on us.It can sap not only our energy level but also mood but also health , work efficiency and life quality. The days that I haven’t slept well I feel lower level of energy and grumpy as well
For myself, it happened once a week that it will take me at least 1 hour to fall into asleep. I’ve analyzed the underlying causes of this problem. Major cause would be active screen time before bed such as playing on the phone, which makes my brain still active even after the lights are off ( in medical, they call it a state of hyperarousal). Second cause would be lack of physical exercise when I have not consumed my energy up during the daytime, it would be extremely hard to sleep.Third cause is caffeine and tea and fourth is late time having fun on weekend which disrupts my weekdays sleep.

Fashion represents culture and generational change as well. Different generations always use fashion to mark themselves. For now there’s a spat between millennials and generation Z/X.

They disputed fiercely fashion aesthetic thru tick tick about hairstyles and clothes.
Some influencers among generation Z posted that they’d rather die than wear skinny jeans and they will never accept side parted hairs.

Main dispute is not to argue which are better Styles – skinny jeans or puffy jeans are better but to demonstrate who’s gaining power among fashion. The unwilling handoff of fashion from previous generation to the Next generation is hard for the millennials, given that they’ve been conquered the world for at least a decade
