last sunday i went to a class where my life coach hold and we have several individual cases from which I learned a lot of things. Basically you have more than 10 people who attend the class in a room and people sit in a circle and the topic for this class is encourage people to speak up if they have a situation. eg. i can say teacher i have some problem in my work and i really want to understand and i really want to look into the details.

Last sunday i went to a class that my life coach held and we have several / a number of / a few / some / a couple of individual cases from which I learned a lot of things.
