Mr Bean puts the bread in his mouth and then he uses his tooth to bites it and he feel hert so he shouts loudly so MB puts a rope on his tooth and pulls the tooth. 

When MB eats breakfast, he puts the bread in his mouth because he wants to eat it. Then he uses his tooth to bite it and he feels hurt so he shouts loudly so MB puts a string on his tooth and pulls the tooth but the tooth doesn’t fall out which makes MB feel unhappy.
