MB breaks his leg and gets all his wishes and got into the private part of the hospital and then he gets company too, including the orchestra and the fat nurse on the electric wheelchair, chasing MB on another wheelchair and bumping him into the elevator shaft. Then MB snaps his fingers to tell the nurse to pop a grape into his mouth, and he continues to do that several times which is very rude. And he whispers something to the nurse and motions for her to go away to tell the orchestra he wants a different music and he wants to conduct the orchestra.
