the nurse who is looking at the xray is very worried because she thinks the teddy bear is in MB’s body

MB flies out of the wheelchair and then he walks into a king house and sees orchestra and they makes many beautiful music and he sees a patient is eating grapes. Then MB is imagine he is a king and the nurse feed MB to eat the vanilla ice cream with chocolate and then the fat nurse comes and take MB to the xray room. Then when he is going downstairs, he is shaking so he feels very uncomfortable.
