his bowl doesn’t any fruit – his bowl doesn’t have any fruit / there isn’t any fruit in his bowl

and there are many patients in the hospital. MB sees his bowl doesn’t have any fruit.. then he takes a grape from the man who is beside MB. He eats the grape. After that, the doctor comes and she takes a cup of tea to MB and puts a thermometer into MB’s mouth and when she hits MB’s leg with a hammer MB is very scared. Following that, MB puts the thermometer into the tea to make the temperature high so the nurse thinks MB is a real patient. She puts MB on the wheelchair and takes it into the surgery room but the doctor’s phone is ringing so the nurse suddenly stops and MB flies out from the wheelchair.
