Hi Cassie, this is Hellen, PMO lead newly joined CSP team from CN.I’m helping the CN CS lab team onboarding and helping them source potential test projects from the CSP team. They have data and tooling access constraints, which makes them cannot handle the traditional CS lab testing with PII data/tickets. I had a few discussions with different PMs and tech leads, Joy suggested that I reach out to you about intelligent routing, because he thinks CN CS lab would be able to leverage CN historical ticket data to test out IR MVP FCR contribution.I would like to set up some time with you and CS Lab lead to learn more details and discuss this potential test project that the CN CS lab team could work on. let me know your preferred time slots, and we’re happy to accommodate early meetings. I just had my meeting with Jay, regarding the OKR management, he believes that he should not be the go-to person, I’m happy to help but I’ll double check with Tina to see if I’m the best person to support you.  Let me quickly re-cap the work Emily used to support you. In case I miss something. 

  1. Participate in the planning & Intake bi-weekly meeting representing CSP as planning POC.
    2. Drive tech OKR updates in both Asana and Gsheet and ensure monthly updates are completed before the leadership meeting.

I saw we have a monthly CSP Team OKR Prep & Review on Sep 8, it should be the meeting you mentioned. How long in advance do we normally new create the Asana column for DRIs to update prior to the monthly meeting? 1 or 2 weeks?
